It can be really hard realising that either you, or your child is in need of support and brave to take this first step. There are also so many ideas, strategies, and interventions out there, that it can feel confusing to know where to start and what feels right, for either you or your child / young person.

To help with this, I offer an initial free 20-minute phone call where we can briefly talk through how we might work together. I work privately from my home therapy room in Frome (near Victoria park and about 10 minutes walk from town).

Session fees are £50-£60. ​
